How do I qualify for free shipping?
Hardy & Co offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $250 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $250, there is a flat rate delivery charge of $40 for standard shipping and $50 for expedited shipping.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes, Hardy & Co ships internationally. For countries with specific duties and taxes, the customer will have to pay these duties and taxes on their end upon receipt of the goods.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. If you have any questions about your order contact Hardy & Co Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping & Packaging
After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. You have the option of no gift packaging or gift packaging. Just select the option that best fits your needs.
Prices are NOT included in the packing slip for gift orders.
All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Please follow these steps to send your return back to Hardy & Co:
Make sure your returned items meet the conditions of our Return Policy.
Pack your return in a sturdy box with adequate stuffing to preserve the item.
Fill out the return portion of your invoice (packing slip) that was enclosed with your order – be sure to include your RMA number and your name and signature.
Place the completed invoice inside the package with your returned item.
Affix the return address label (provided with your order) to the outside of your package. Write the RMA number on the label or box.
Take the package to the shipping carrier of your choice.
We recommend a method that allows you to track the package to make sure the package reaches our facility.
Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package.
Postage and insurance costs, as well as the original shipping charges are not refundable.
Hardy &Co does not currently offer a pre-paid return option, so you will need to pay for postage at the carrier.

Can I cancel my order?
We want to deliver your item as soon as possible, so we process orders real-time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. This usually occurs within 30 minutes during business hours. To find out if your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact customer service.
Can I return items that are purchased from Sale?
Unfortunately, all items are FINAL SALE, and no returns will be accepted.

How do I use my discount code?
During checkout, enter your code into the promo/gift card box and click Apply. Your discount on qualified items will be reflected in your order total.
